Thodari: Clean 'U' certificate for Dhanush-starrer, all set to release on 22 September
The CBFC has cleared the much-awaited Tamil release of September, Dhanush-starrer Thodari. Written and directed by Prabhu Solomon and produced by Sathya Jyothi Films, the film is touted as a romantic thriller. Much to the delight of Dhanush fans and the makers, the film has received a clean 'U' certificate from the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC).
The Why This Kolaveri Di actor took to his Twitter account to share Thodari's news. Dhanush also revealed that Thodari will be his first release of 2016 and will hit the screens on 22 September.

Thodari's narrative revolves around a train journey from New Delhi to Chennai. The film is reportedly Dhanush's 30th film as an actor. The film stars Rajinimurugan fame, Keerthy Suresh as the female lead. Thodari also have an ensemble cast including Ganesh Venkatraman, Harish Uthaman, Pooja Devariya, Thambi Ramiah, Karunakaran, Radha Ravi and RV Udhayakumar in strong supporting roles.
