Telugu superstar Ram Charan's Rangasthalam is slated to release tomorrow, but the film has started minting money for it's makers. Directed by Sukumar and bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers, the film is said to be a period drama. Ram Charan will be seen portraying the role of a partially deaf person Chitti Babu while film's leading heroine Samantha essays the role of his love interest.
While Rangasthalam is just few hours away for its theatrical release, the makers have reason to celebrate as the advance booking for the film has witnessed a terrific start.
Latest reports suggest that advance booking for Rangasthalam so far in major areas of Telugu states ranged from excellent to very good, with the shows for Friday and Saturday already being sold out in a number of places. At some places, special screenings for fans are scheduled as well. Rangasthalam is the third Telugu superstar film to hit the screens this year after Pawan Kalyan's Agnyaathavaasi and Anushka Shetty's Bhaagamathie.
Going by the amazing response from advance booking, Rangasthalam is poised to the second-highest opener of the year.
