Tamil trailer of Dhoni biopic MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is out

Tamil cinema lovers have a reason to rejoice as the Tamil dubbed version of upcoming Bollywood film, MS Dhoni: The Untold Story is slated to release with the original on the same day -- 30 September 2016. The film, a biopic on Indian cricketer and current ODI - T20 captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, has been directed by Neeraj Pandey and stars Sushant Singh Rajput as the main lead. The film also stars Anupam Kher, Bhumika Chawla, Kiara Advani, and Rajesh Sharma. MS Dhoni: The Untold Story marks the Hindi debut of Disha Patani, who made waves with her debut Telugu release, Loafer, last year.

Earlier, Vijay Singh, the producer of the film and owner of Fox Star Hindi had confirmed that they will release the film in Tamil as well. According to him, the film was made straight from Dhoni's heart and they wanted to show the entire story of World Cup-winning Indian captain to the whole world, not just Bollywood. The producer also mentioned that they are planning to release the film in Telugu and Marathi as well.

Dhoni was also the captain of Chennai Super Kings, an Indian Premier League team.
