After featuring in a few item songs, porn-star turned Bollywood actress Sunny Leone is all set to make her South film debut in a full fledged role. Sunny Leone has reportedly signed to play the female lead in Telugu filmmaker VC Vadivudaiyan's upcoming film. Produced by Ponse Stephen, the actress will be seen portraying the role of a warrior princess in the film, which is said to be a period flick.

The project is being made for a whopping price as the VFX works are said to be on par with international standards. In fact, the makers have already roped in technicians of Baahubali series and Shankar's 2.0 to work on the film. Sunny Leone will be undergoing special training in horse riding and sword fights to don the role of a warrior queen. The untitled film also stars veteran South actor Nassar along with Telugu actor Navadeep.

Similar to Baahubali series, the Sunny Leone film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam languages. The film will be shot across Kerala, Hyderabad and Chennai and will start rolling from January 2018.
