Sridevi Chennai Prayer Meet: AR Rahman, Thala Ajith and Suriya condole with Boney Kapoor, Jahnvi and Khushi (Pics Inside)

A prayer meet was held for late legendary actress Sridevi in Chennai on Sunday. Sridevi's husband and popular filmmaker Boney Kapoor and daughters Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor had flown in from Mumbai to be present as many Tamil celebrities paid their respects to the departed soul.

Many Tamil celebrities including A R Rahman and his wife Saira, Vyajanthimala, Prabhudeva, Suriya and his wife Jyothika, Latha Rajinikanth, filmmaker K S Ravikumar and others also attended Sridevi's prayer meet.

Thala Ajith and his wife Shalini visited Sridevi’s Chennai residence on Sunday morning and met the late actor's family and gave their condolences.

Sridevi was also fondly remembered during the meeting held in the office of the of the South Indian Artistes' Association (SIAA), ahead of the Sunday's prayer meet. Sridevi was born in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu.
