Director Sanal Kumar Sasidharan's upcoming film has been creating a lot of buzz. The award winning Malayalam director has titled his film Sexy Durga, a controversial title which may have raised many eyebrows. However, the director has no intention to change it.

"I have no other available title for my film. Sexy Durga is an erotic Malayalam satire. It is a satire on the contemporary social milieu of Kerala and my earnest effort to show how our society views sex, privacy and women. My film will be narrated through 10 incidents. As a film maker, I have complete freedom to give any title to my film I want," says the Kerala state award winning director, in a statement.

Rajshri Deshpande, the actor who debuted with Malayalam film Haram is playing the lead role in Sexy Durga. She was last seen in Bollywood film Angry Indian Goddesses.
