Salman Khan to remake Mohanlal's Pulimurugan with Siddique?

Salman Khan's Tubelight is slated to release soon. The film, which marks the third collaboration of Salman Khan and director Kabir Khan duo after Ek Tha Tiger and Bajrangi Bhaijaan also stars Salman Khan's brother Sohail Khan in a supporting role.

Recently Salman was in Dubai to release the song Radio from Tubelight. During the media interaction, the superstar revealed that he is planning to watch Mohanlal's film Pulimurugan when he heard the film was a big hit. He also hinted at remaking the film in Hindi with his Bodyguard director Siddique.

"I have done two Malayalam remakes with Priyadarshan and Siddique, Kyonki and Bodyguard. And now, I am going to watch a movie, which Mohanlal has just done, which is very big hit. Pulimurugan! That one I want to watch. Then I will try to track down Siddique, I don’t know where he is.”

Upon its release. Pulimurugan went on to become the first Rs. 150 crore blockbuster of Malayalam film industry.
