Salman Khan's Kick cinematographer to make Telugu debut with Allu Arjun's DJ
Telugu superstar Allu Arjun's upcoming film, DJ: Duvvada Jaganadham has been officially launched after a small pooja ceremony in Hyderabad on Monday morning. Directed by Hari Shankar, of Gabbar Singh and Subramanyam For Sale fame, DJ is touted as an action entertainer, which will be bankrolled by Dil Raju. The film also marks the third collaboration of Allu Arjun - Dil Raju duo after Arya and Parugu.
DJ also marks the Telugu debut of popular Bollywood cinematographer -- Ayananka Bose. He has previously worked in many Hindi blockbusters including Salman Khan's Kick, Abhishek Bachchan, John Abraham starrer Dostana and the recently released Dishoom.
Devi Sri Prasad has been roped as the music composer while the film have stunt choreography by Ram-Laxman. The makers are in talks with Mohenjo Daro actress, Pooja Hegde, for the female lead of the film. DJ is slated to hit the screens in Summer 2017.
