Ranveer Singh starrer Gully Boy to have a remake in Telugu; this South actor to play the lead role

Ranveer Singh starrer Gully Boy is creating records day by day and the film has already a hit at the box office. The film had directed by Zoya Akhtar and it also starred Alia Bhatt and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the leading roles. Now reports are that the film to be remade in Telugu and renowned producer Allu Aravinda has bought the rights of the film.

However, there is no official announcement regarding the same but the speculations are that South actor Sai Dharam Tej will be seen in the role that was played by Ranveer Singh. Sai Dharam Tej made his silver screen debut in 2014 and till now he has made his position in the Telugu film industry. Producer Allu Aravinda is also the father of popular Telugu star Allu Arjun but it is interesting that Allu Arjun won't be seen in the film.

 

When focussing on earnings of Gully Boy, the film has collected around 80 crores in five days and soon it will enter 100 crore club. The way the film is doing amazing collection it looks like that it will stop around 150 crores. It also has become director Zoya Akhtar's highest grossing film ever, as her last highest grossing film was Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara that collected around 90 crores.

 

Gully Boy has created three records yet as it is also Zoya Akhtar and Alia Bhatt's highest opening grosser. It also becomes back to back Ranveer Singh's third successful film. The film is on the successful run since its first day.
