Rakul Preet Singh joins shoot of much-awaited AR Murugadoss-Mahesh Babu film
It is widely known that Rakul Preet Singh has bagged the most awaited Tamil-Telugu bilingual of 2017 -- AR Murugadoss-Mahesh Babu's film. Earlier, Catch had reported that the Yaariyan actress had replaced Parineeti Chopra as the female lead of the film, which also marks the Tamil debut of Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu.
And now, it has been confirmed that the actress has joined the sets of the Pokiri actor's film. Rakul Preet Singh took to her Twitter account to share the happy news stating that today is her first day of shoot for Mahesh 23 and she is super excited to work with both Mahesh Babu and director A.R. Murugadoss.

Meanwhile, two songs of the film have already been completed including an introduction song for Mahesh Babu with the help of Harris Jayaraj, the film's music composer. The official first look of the film is expected to be revealed on Dusshera 2016.
