Rajinikanth to attend Mahesh Babu's Tamil film launch on September 8?
It's known that Telugu actor Mahesh Babu is making his Tamil debut with the upcoming action thriller SPYder. The film, a Tamil-Telugu bilingual, has been directed by AR Murugadoss of Ghajini and Thuppakki fame.
Earlier, there were reports that the makers have planned a grand event to introduce the Telugu superstar to Tamil film audience.
And now, the latest reports from Telugu media suggests that none other than legendary Tamil actor Rajinikanth is expected to grace the event.
Reportedly, the makers have approached Thalaiva to grace the Tamil launch of the Tollywood Prince on September 8 in Chennai.
Tipped to be a sci-fi thriller, SPYder stars Rakul Preet Singh in the female lead. The film also marks the Tamil debut of Bharath and Telugu debut of SJ Suryah as main antagonists of the film. SPYder is scheduled to release on September 27.
