Rajinikanth starts dubbing for Shankar's 2.0

Legendary actor Rajinikanth is all set to start dubbing for his upcoming Tamil magnum-opus, 2.0 on Monday. Directed by Shankar and bankrolled by Lyca Productions, the film is a sequel to 2010 blockbuster Enthiran. 2.0 also marks the Tamil debut of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar as the main antagonist.

2.0's sound engineer and Oscar-award winner, Resul Pookutty took to Twitter to share the news on Monday.

"Enroute to Chennai to start the dubbing with our very own @superstarrajini for '2.o', Resul tweeted.

The Thalaivar will be donning two different roles in 2.0, as scientist Vaseegaran and Chitti - The Robot. 2.0 also stars Amy Jackson, Sudhanshu Pandey, Kalabhavan Shajon and Adil Hussain.
