Rajinikanth's Kabali teaser to be attached to Vijay's Theri

The much awaited teaser of superstar Rajinikanth's Kabali is expected to release on the auspicious occasion of 'Chithirai Thirunaal' (Tamil New Year). Reportedly, the teaser will be attached to the prints of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's Theri, which releases on 14 April 2016.

Earlier, there were reports that the Kabali teaser will release in March. But the latest update is that producer Kalaipuli S Thanu wants to see both his films on screen together on the same festive day. Both Kabali and Theri are produced by Kalaipuli S Thanu under his banner V Creations.

Kabali was supposed to release in April but has been postponed due to the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections which will be held around the same time. The makers are yet to take a call on the new release date.

Kabali also stars Radhika Apte, Nassar, Kalaiyarasan, Dhansika Dinesh Ravi, and Kishore. The film is set to release in Tamil and Telugu.
