Mercury actor Prabhu Deva finally reveals the favorite film of his career
Popular actor-director Prabhu Deva's much awaited film Mercury released on Friday. Directed by the super talented Karthik Subbaraj and jointly produced by Kaarthekeyen Santhanam and Jayantilal Gada, the film is tipped to be a silent horror thriller. Mercury will also see Prabhu Deva portraying a negative role for the first time in his career.
As per the initial reports, Mercury is carrying good feedback from the critics and audience alike. The silent thriller has been praised for Prabhu Deva's performance, which is said to be actor's finest performance till date.
Recently, Prabhu Deva too rated Mercury as his career best film. The Rowdy Rathore director was promoting Mercury in Tamil Nadu. During the promotions, Prabhu Deva revealed Mercury as his career best film in terms of story and performance.
Meanwhile, Prabhu Deva is all set to direct the third series of Salman Khan's Dabangg. The film also marks his collaboration with Salman Khan after the 2009 blockbuster Wanted.
