The two Malayalam films that released last Friday, Akashvani and Hello Namasthe, turned out to be disasters at the Box Office. As expected the opening of both films were low and failed to show any growth on Saturday and Sunday. The combined first weekend total of both films are very less than second/third Friday business of some films.

Maheshinte Prathikaram continued its dream run at the Box Office by grossing more than Rs 10 crores. The film was rock steady on it's third weekend too and emerges the biggest solo hit of Fahadh Faasil. None of his films have touched the Rs 10 crore mark except the multi-starrer Bangalore Days.

Action Hero Biju crossed the third weekend with good collections. The film also crossed the Rs 10 crore mark and provided another hit for the young superstar Nivin Pauly.

Mammootty starrer Puthiye Niyamam dropped on its second weekend with low collections. The film, already in a hit zone, was facing a tough competition from Maheshinte Prathikaram. The collections of film after 10 days is Rs 7 crore, which is strictly okay considering the star power of Mammootty.
