Kerala Box Office : Jab Harry Met Sejal is Shah Rukh Khan's worst opener since My Name Is Khan
Shah Rukh Khan's second release of 2017, Jab Harry Met Sejal has opened to an average note on day one at the multiplexes of Cochin. The film was expected to open like SRK's previous release Raees, however the film struggled to record good occupancy throughout its opening day.
Despite releasing in nearly more than 100 cinemas (a rare scenario to non Malayalam films) across the Kerala, Jab Harry Met Sejal missed the golden opportunity to record a decent total on day 1 at the Kerala Box Office.
On it's opened day, Jab Harry Met Sejal has minted nearly Rs. 10 lakh at the Kerala Box Office, which is quite shocking considering his all previous releases recorded better occupancy at the Kerala Box Office. In fact, Jab Harry Met Sejal is Shah Rukh Khan's worst opener since the 2010 film My Name Is Khan.
Written-directed by Imtiaz Ali and produced by Gauri Khan, Jab Harry Met Sejal featured Anushka Sharma in female lead.
