It's a wrap for Karthi's supernatural thriller, Kaashmora

The shooting of Karthi-starrer Kaashmorahas wrapped up. Written and directed by Gokul of Rowthiramand Idharkuthane Aasaipattai Balakumara fame, Kaashmora is produced by SR Prakashbabu and SR Prabhu under the banner of Dream Warrior Pictures.

Kaashmora is touted as the most expensive film of Karthi's career. The actor is reportedly donning three different characters in the film which is a supernatural thriller with fantasy elements. The actor has previously played a dual role in Siva's Siruthai, the Tamil version of Bollywood film Rowdy Rathore. The first look of the film was revealed on 25 May, on the occasion of Karthi's birthday.

Reportedly, his face has been 3D scanned for an important sequence in the film, which will have a run time of 15 minutes. Earlier, superstar Rajinikanth and Karthi's brother Suriya had to visit USA for the 3D scan in their respective films Kochadaiiyaan and Maattrraan. But, for Kaashmora, Karthi's face has been scanned in a Chennai studio, done in India for the first time.

The film stars Nayanthara and Sri Divya as main female leads. Kaashmora also stars Vivek, Manisha Yadav, Siddharth Vipin and Jangiri Madhumitha. The music of the film has been composed by Santhosh Narayanan, of Kabali fame.

Kaashmora is slated to hit the screens soon.
