Ilayathalapathy's Vijay 60 shoot to be wrapped by October, but when will first look be out?

The Chennai schedule of the most awaited Tamil film, Ilayathalapathy starrer Vijay 60 has been wrapped up. Touted as a family entertainer, Vijay 60 is directed by Bharathan, who penned the script of Vijay's 2004 hit film Ghilli. He has earlier directed Vijay in his first dual role movie Azhagiya Tamil Magan.

Earlier, Catch had reported that Vijay's 60th film is all set to release during Pongal 2017.

According to our close source, the makers are planning to wrap up the film's shoot by October. Over 70% of the film's shoot has been completed and by October, the entire film shoot will be complete. The makers are also planning to reveal the first look of Vijay 60 on Diwali 2017.

Vijay 60 stars Keerthy Suresh - of Rajini Murugan fame - as the female lead. The film also stars Aparna Vinod, Jagapati Babu, YG Mahendraa, and Daniel Balaji. The music of the film has been composed by Santhosh Narayanan.
