Here's what Akshay Kumar said about superstar Rajinikanth's political entry
It's widely known that superstar Rajinikanth announced his own political entry on December 31, during the last day of his fans meet. Thalaivar announced that he will form a new party that will pursue spiritual politics and will contest the next Tamil Nadu Assembly elections.
According to Rajinikanth's 2.0 co-star and Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar, Thalaivar will surely become a very good politician. Akshay Kumar was interacting with the media for the promotion of his Republic Day Weekend release Padman.
Asked about how Rajinikanth will perform as a political leader, Akshay said:
"I am sure he is going to be very good. Obviously, he will be good at politics".
Directed by Shankar, 2.0 stars Rajinikanth in the main lead and Akshay Kumar as the main antagonist. The social-thriller is touted as the costliest Indian film made till date.
