First look of SS Rajamouli's Baahubali 2 to be out on Prabhas' birthday

Seems like August is the season of first-look announcements. After the first look announcements of Enthiran 2 and AR Murugadoss - Mahesh Babu film, makers of another magnum-opus, Baahubali 2 have announced that the first look of their film will be arriving in October.

Earlier Catch had reported that the first look of the Shankar-directorial Rajinikanth - Akshay Kumar-starrer Enthiran 2 and Mahesh Babu's un-titled Tamil debut will be releasing in November and Dusshera 2016, respectively.

And now, according to the spokesperson of Baahubali 2, the makers are planning to launch the first look of the film on lead actor Prabhas' brithday, on 23 October, as a birthday treat for the superstar's fan. The makers are also planning to offer a double treat for the actor's fans and unveil the content of the film along with the first look.

Meanwhile, the climax-war-sequence of the sequel, to 2010's blockbuster Baahubali is currently being filmed in Hyderabad. Apart from Prabhas, the SS Rajamouli-directorial stars Rana Daggubati, Sathya Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Anushka Shetty and Tamannaah Bhatia. Baahubali 2 is slated to hit the screens on 28 April, 2016.
