Tamil superstar and National Award winner Chiyaan Vikram celebrated his 50th birthday with much fan-fare on Sunday evening. The celebration was held during the Nadigar Sangham's celebrity cricket match in Chennai. The star-studded bash's guest list included Malayalam super star Mammootty, Telugu actor Venkatesh and Kannada actor Kicha Sudeep.
Vikram's debut Malayalam film was with Mammootty, the 1993 hit film Dhruvam. Vikram portrayed the role of Bhadran, the right hand of Narasimha Mannadiar, essayed by the Malayalam superstar. The National Award winning actor duo later worked together in Sainyam and Indraprastham.
According to reports from Nadigar Sangham event, both Mammootty and Vikram had a blast performing with popular drummer Sivamani. A few pics of the actors are already circulating on social networks.
Meanwhile, the makers of Vikram's upcoming film Iru Mugan have released the film's teaser as a gift for the actor's fans, on his birthday.
