Clean 'U' certificate for Aandavan Kattalai, all set for clash with Dhanush's Thodari

Tamil actor Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming film, Aandavan Kattalai has received a clean 'U' certificate from the Central Board Of Film Certification (CBFC) without any cuts. Directed by National­ Award-­winning director of Kakka Muttai fame, Manikandan, the film stars Ritika Singh as the female lead.

Interestingly, Aandavan Kattalai will be the second release for Manikandan and Vijay Sethupathi in quick succession.

Aandavan Kattalai is Manikandan's second film to ­be ­released in September. His earlier film, Kuttramey Thandanai, was released on 2 September to an outstanding response.

Meanwhile, Vijay Sethupathi will be aiming for another hit with Aandavan Kattalai. His August release, Dharmadurai, was a super hit at the Box Office.

Aandavan Kattalai also stars Nasser, Pooja Devaria, Yogi Babu, and Cheenu Babu in supporting roles. The film is all set to clash with Dhanush-Keerthy Suresh starrer Thodari this Friday, on 23 September.
