Vishu special posters of Pulimurugan, White, Kammattipaadam, Inspector Dawood Ibrahim out

Vishu is touted as one of the biggest seasons for Malayalam cinema. Many movies, which were supposed to come out in theatres on the day of Vishu, have been postponed due to the huge buzz created by Tamil film Theri.

However, Malayalam actors like Mohanlal, Mammooty, his son Dulquer Salmaan, and Jayasurya have made their respective fans happy by releasing special Vishu posters of their upcoming films on their Facebook Page.

Pulimurugan:

Mohanlal will play the role of a hunter in his first release of 2016. Directed by Vyshak, Pulimurugan also stars Bengali-Telugu actress Kamalini Mukherjee and Tamil actress Namitha. The makers have also roped in renowned action choreographer Peter Hein for the action sequences. Pulimurugan is slated to release on Ramzan 2016.

White:

Mammootty's second release of 2016, White is eyeing for a summer release. Directed by debutant Uday Ananthan, the film marks the acting debut of Bollywood actress Huma Qureshi.

Kammattipaadam:

Rajeev Ravi's Kammattipaadam starring Dulquer Salman, is slated to release in May 2016. The film also marks the acting debut of model Shaun Romy.

Inspector Dawood Ibrahim (IDI):

National award-winning actor Jayasurya portrays the role of a Police Officer in Inspector Dawood Ibrahim, the directorial debut of Sajid Yahiya. Jayasurya's Su.. Su.. Sudhivatmakam fame Sshivada Nair plays the female lead opposite him in IDI.
