Avarude Ravukal: First look of Unni Mukundan-Asif Ali's fun entertainer is out

The official first look of upcoming Malayalam film Avarude Raavukal is out. Touted as an out-and-out comedy entertainer, the multi-starrer stars Unni Mukundan and Asif Ali as main leads. The film also stars veteran actor Nedumudi Venu, Aju Varghese, Vinay Forrt, Mukesh and Lena in important roles.

The film, which is written and directed by Shanil Muhammad, also marks the debut solo directorial venture of the director. He has previously co-directed Rojin Thomas in the 2013 hit film, Philips And The Monkey Pen. The film stars Honey Rose as the main female lead.

Avarude Raavukal marks the third collaboration of Unni Mukundan and Asif Ali. Both the young Malayalam actors had previously worked together in Mallu Singh and I Love Me. Interestingly, Avarude Raavukal will be the third release for both actors in 2016. Unni Mukundan's last two films Style and Oru Murai Vanthu Paarthaya were clean hits at the Kerala Box Office while Asif Ali delivered one flop with Ithu Thaanda Police and one blockbuster with last Eid release, Anuraga Karikkin Vellam this year.
