Atlee film set to be the most expensive film of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's career
The shooting of Tamil actor Ilayathalapathy Vijay is currently doing underway in Poland. The film, tentatively titled Vijay 61 is the 100th film of Thenandal Films. An action film, it marks the collaboration of Vijay and director Atlee after the 2016 blockbuster Theri. Vijay 61 stars Kajal Aggarwal, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nithya Menen in female lead roles.
Now buzz is that Vijay 61 is set to be the most expensive film of Ilayathalapathy Vijay's career. The Tamil superstar will be seen portraying three different roles in the film.
Reportedly, Vijay's triple roles are said to be Hindu, Muslim and Christian characters; Maruthu, Salim and Joseph.
The music of the film has been composed by AR Rahman, and the story is written by KV Vijayendra Prasad of Baahubali and Bajrangi Bhaijaan fame.
