Popular Telugu film director Krish's much-awaited film, Gautamiputra Satakarni is slated to be released soon, but the director is making headlines in Bollywood as well. The National-award-winning director, who made his Hindi debut in 2014 with the Akshay Kumar-starrer Gabbar Is Back is all set for his second Bollywood outing soon.
According to recent Tollywood reports, Krish has teamed up with the Bollywood Khiladi for yet another film on social issues. The actor-director duo's Gabbar Is Back, a remake of Telugu blockbuster Ramana was largely based on corruption in India and was a successful venture at the Bollywood Box Office.
The Kanche director, who is reportedly ready with the script has already started the pre-production works of the film.
Meanwhile, Krish's magnum-opus, Gautamiputra Satakarni will hit the screens on 12 January, 2017. The epic-historical film also marks the 100th release of Tollywood superstar Nandamuri Balakrishna's acting career. Gautamiputra Satakarni also stars veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini and Shriya Saran as main female leads.
