Ajay Devgn to do extended cameo in SS Rajamouli's film RRR starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan Teja; read details inside
It looks like that Bollywood superstar Ajay Devgn is all set to make debut in South films and that too with an extended cameo. Reports are that Ajay Devgn will star in SS Rajamouli's next film called RRR, starring two south stars Ram Charan Teja and Jr NTR. Reports suggest that Ajay Devgn will have an extended cameo like what he did in Ranveer Singh's Simmba. The cameo will be very important for the film and it will drive the film forward.
Ajay has been considered for the role for a specific reason as Rajamouli wanted to have any Bollywood superstar in the film and also because the film will a multi-lingual like Baahubali series. The movie will be an action-packed big budgeted period drama and it will be interesting to see intense star Ajay Devgn in a pivotal role in Ram Charan Teja and Jr NTR starrer film.
However, the confirmation on the leading lady is not finalized yet as earlier there were the reports that SS Rajamouli wanted to have Alia Bhatt as the leading lady but the actress turned down the offer for unknown reasons.
Meanwhile, after that, the makers considering Parineeti Chopra for the role and reports are that Parineeti has been finalized also. While on the other hand, Ajay Devgn will also be seen in a period film called Taanaji: The Unsung Hero a biopic on Maratha solider.
