After Akshay Kumar in 2.0, this superstar likely to join Kamal Haasan, Shankar's Indian 2
It's known that legendary Tamil actor Kamal Haasan and hit maker Shankar have joined hands for the sequel of actor-director duo's blockbuster film Indian. The film, a vigilante crime thriller which was released in 1996, was a massive hit among the critics and audience alike upon its release.
According to recent Tamil media reports, the makers have approached none other than superstar Nayanthara to portray the female lead in Indian 2. If it happens, it will mark her first collaboration with Kamal Haasan. The principal shooting of Indian 2 is scheduled to be commenced soon.
Meanwhile, Shankar's 2.0 is likely to be postponed to a different date from April 27. The VFX works of the film is currently underway in Los Angeles. 2.0 marks the return of Thalaivar Rajinikanth in the Robot avatar and Tamil film debut of Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar.
