2.0 : Shankar released the new poster of Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer
The post production works of Shankar's 2.0 is currently underway in Chennai. Produced by Lyca productions, the sequel to the 2010 blockbuster Enthiran stars Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson in main leads. The film also marks the Tamil debut of Akshay Kumar.
Catch had previously reported that the Bollywood superstar will be seen donning the main antagonist of the film. The first look of the poster, which had released on December last year was an instant hit on social media as well.
And just few mins ago, Shankar had revealed the new poster of Akshay Kumar from 2.0. The Tamil director released the poster as a tribute to Akshay Kumar, who had won the 64th National awards for Best Actor on Friday.
Shankar tweeted :
"Congrats Akshay ji for winning the Best Actor National Award. My heartfelt wishes to you".
2.0 is slated to release on Diwali 2017 simultaneously on Tamil and Hindi.
