2.0 Press Meet: AR Rahman reveals the track count of Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar film, 2 songs to come out tomorrow
The press meet of Shankar's 2.0 was held at Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai on Thursday. Apart from Shankar, lead actors Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar, Amy Jackson attended the event along with music composer AR Rahman and producer Subaskaran of Lyca Productions.
Though the music launch of 2.0 is scheduled to be held on 27 October, AR Rahman revealed the track details of the film during the press meet.
Reportedly, the Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar film have 3 songs, out of which two songs are scheduled to be launched tomorrow. AR Rahman also added that the third song will be revealed later. The Oscar award winner will be performing live at the music launch, which is scheduled to be take place on Friday evening in Dubai.
Produced by Rs 400 crore, 2.0 is touted as the costliest Indian film ever made. The film is scheduled to be released on 26 January.
