Ruby Rai granted bail in Bihar toppers' scam
A Bihar court today granted bail to Ruby Rai, an accused in the state's topper scam case.
A special juvenile court granted her bail after hearing the petition. Earlier, the court had denied her bail twice.

She had pleaded before the court, that she should be granted bail as she is a minor. Earlier, Rai was shifted from Beur Jail to a remand home after the court had accepted Rai's age on the basis of her matriculation certificate.
Rai had topped this year's Class 12 examination conducted by the Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) in the humanities stream.
She got into trouble after a TV news channel showed her giving ludicrous answers to elementary questions related to her subjects.
