Ace Of Space: Vikas Gupta won't be a part of the second season of the show and the reason is shocking!

MTV saw a really new concept on the channel which was similiar to Bigg Boss and brought up and hosted by mastermind Vikas Gupta in the form of Ace Of Space. The show saw the involvement of 18 contestants who were locked in 6 rooms where they have to win hearts of the audience by performing various tasks and indulging in fights with co-contestants. The winner of the show was announced as Divya Agarwal who participated along with Varun Sood.

The show became a huge hit amongst the youth and as per the latest reports it is being said that the channel wants to bring a second season of the show in the form of Ace Of Space 2 but a shocking news is alongwith it that Vikas won't be a part of the show. Talking about the same, he said, "It takes a lot of investment right from money to energy. I used to shoot almost 18 hours a day and everyone knows that when I am doing a project, I am not only doing one work. I will get involved in everything that you can imagine. And I can't afford to invest so much time in one project. Like, if I am doing Khatra, Khatra, Khatra it’s a 20 day project and I can balance it out between my things. But that becomes 70 days of me being there every day on sets. How do I manage that? Also last year, I didn't work much and my company went into losses."

Further he said, "My expenses (fixed cost) like my company and 3 houses that I run is so much of work that I just can't focus on being an actor. I’m unable to do only one thing at a time. Everyone has their own weaknesses and limitations and my thing is I have too many mouths to feed at the same time. I know the show has become very popular but just for my excitement; I can't fire people who are working with me from 6 years. So whenever I do something I make sure that they are also growing with me.”

He continued and said that he definitely wants to become a part of the show and the makers too are meeting him for the same. If things get balanced out somehow, he will definitely do it but his present circumstances do mot support his participation in the show. He also opened up about the tag of mastermind and said that he has taken that too seriously and works his best to balance out his heart and his mind and for him mastermind is being a 'samajhdaar,' which means doing things which are right and makes you win without hurting anyone.

The show came in limelight due to many reasons, one of which remained the relationship confusion between Varun and Divya and their ex-partners lovers Priyank Sharma and Benafsha Soonawalla. Later another reason came along that increased the show's popularity and it was none other than the sudden death of Danish Zehen who met with an accident and lost his life.
