RPF Recruitment 2018-19: Shocking! Examination for SI post has postponed now; here's why

A piece of sad news for the RPF aspirants as their examination for the post of Sub Inspector (SI) which was likely to begin from 9th January, i.e. today, has postponed now.

Therefore, candidates who have applied for the Sub Inspector (SI) in the Railway Protection Force will have to wait for more for their examination.

However, RPF has not announced the new dates of examination for the recruitment of Sub Inspector (SI). Therefore, aspirants should keep their eyes on the official website of RPF to check the new dates for the examination.

RPF aspirants will have to visit the official website at rpfonlinereg.org to check the revised schedule for the examination.

As per the notification released by RPF, ‘due to representations by candidates, the online examination for SI post scheduled on 9th January 2019 has been postponed.’

‘The revised schedule for the examination will be intimated soon on the official website and via SMS,’ notification read.

This year, the Railway Protection Force will be going to conduct the Computer Based Test for the recruitment of the Sub-Inspector.

RPF will conduct the group-wise CBT for SI posts job. However, the CBT for the recruitment of the post SI began on 19th December 2018.

However, this year, the exam will be conducted in 15 different languages i.e. Hindi, English, Telugu, Konkani, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Tamil, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Bengali, Odia, Assamese and Manipuri.

Reportedly, this year, Railway Protection Force/ Railway Protection Special Force likely to fill around 9,739 vacancies through this examination.
