The BJP manifesto is Modi's national vision tweaked for Bihar

The BJP has released its election manifesto, Vision Document 2015, today. Releasing the document, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley said it is meant for the development of the economically backward state of Bihar and to fight the "jungle raj" of the Mahagathbandhan (JD(U)-RJD-Congress alliance).

The vision document, apart from providing some popular sops, primarily focuses on Prime Minister Narendra Modi's national vision. Swachh Bharat becomes Swachh Bihar, Make in India becomes Make in Bihar and Skilled India has been translated to Skilled Bihar.

With an eye on the vote bank, the manifesto promises to encourage young entrepreneurs with easy loans and training.
