A pride of lions was seen sauntering through an inhabited road of Junagadh district in Gujarat on 11 July, which caused panic among civilians.
The video, believed to be shot by a mobile phone camera, shows around 8 lions, including two cubs, roaming freely on the roads of a residential area.

In separate incident which occurred on 12 July, one person was reported to be seriously injured after being attacked by three lions in Amreli district. The victim was rushed to a hospital in Savarkundla.
According to forests officials, the man from the shepherd community was attacked when he was grazing goats near Adsang village.
A report in the Indian Express said three people have been killed between March and May in lion attacks this year.
