BJP leader tells black money hoarders not to worry. Video goes viral

Amid heated discussions over the demonetisation move, a video of Manish Grover, a BJP minister from Haryana, has gone viral. In the video he is heard saying that those who have black money shouldn't be worried at all as Prime Minister Narendra Modi is with them.
In the video, the BJP leader also allegedly says that Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar is also on the side of those who hoard black money.
Though the authenticity of the video isn't verified, here's what the BJP leader is heard saying:
