India and UAE can make the dream of Asian century a reality, says PM Narendra Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who is on a 2-day visit to UAE, is currently addressing an investor's meet in Abu Dhabi. Here are the major highlights of what he said.

• There is the potential of $1 trillion investments in India. We need to erase the deficit of 34 years.

• There are 700 flights between India & U.A.E but it took 34 years 4 an Indian PM to visit.I promise this will not happen again.

• In the agriculture sector we need cold storage network and warehousing network where UAE businesses have another advantage.

• Infrastructure development and real estate offer tremendous opportunities for UAE businesses in India.

• I will send my Commerce Minister to try and find solutions to the problems faced by some UAE investors.

• UAE's power and India's potential can make the dream of an Asian Century a reality
