Two thrashed after harassing women in separate incidents in Uttar Pradesh

Two men allegedly harassed girl students in the district in Uttar Pradesh in separate incidents following which they were thrashed by onlookers, police said Thursday.
According to SHO DK Tyagi, a man harassed a girl when she was going for her tuition near Meenakshi Chowk here. Sadik was thrashed by a crowd which handed him over to the police later.
A case was registered against him and he was arrested, the SHO said.
In the second incident, a girl was harassed by a man when she was on her way to college on Bhopa road. He was thrashed by people who later handed him to the police.
A case was registered against Anmol Sharma and he was arrested.
The victim alleged that she was being harassed from some days on her way to college.
