Suspended DSP Davinder Singh, three others presented before National Investigation Agency court in Jammu

Expeled cop Davinder Singh and three others apprehended with him were presented before the National Investigation Agency (NIA) court in Jammu today.

The expeled DSP Davender Singh was brought to Jammu by NIA on Wednesday. Devender Singh was taken into custody on allegations of trying to help terrorists to travel outside Jammu and Kashmir.

The National Investigation Agency had filed a case and commenced investigations in connection to the arrest of Davinder Singh after it was ordered by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on 16th January.
