Shocking! Teen neighbour allegedly raped 3-year-old girl; locked her inside a box
In another shocking incident, a three-year-old minor girl was allegedly raped by a teen neighbour in Uttar Pradesh's Rampur. The 18-year-old accused of raping the victim dumped her in a box. The has been held by police.
This horrific incident took place on April 2, in UP's Rampur's Tanda town.
The victim was alone at her home when the accused offered her chocolates and brought her to his house. Later, he allegedly raped her and threw the crying child in a box and fled after locking her inside it. The neighbours rushed to the accused house when they heard the child's screams. They were shocked to see the child locked in a box., after which they informed the police.
"The accused realised that her parents were away. He lured the child with a chocolate and took her to his house. As the child started screaming and crying in pain, he got scared and fled. The neighbours rescued the child," police said.
A case has been registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act (POCSO Act). Further Investivations are on.
