Bihar: Shocking! 45-year-old woman gangraped while taking dip in the river Ganga; what happened next will haunt you
A shocking news has come to light from Bihar’s Patna district where a 45-year-old woman allegedly gang-raped when she was taking a dip in the holy river Ganga during a religious ritual on Monday.
Reportedly, one of the men has shot the whole incident also posted the video on social media. However, they have been arrested by the Police.
The incident came out when the video of the incident widely spread on Tuesday evening. In the viral video, the woman was pleading to the accused urging them to leave her and requested them to consider the sanctity of the Ganga, which she referred to as ‘mother’. The case has been registered in the Barh police station area in rural Patna.
Reportedly, villagers alleged that when the victim went to Police station to lodge the complaint then, Police refused to register a First Information Report (FIR) against the culprit, said, local villagers.
Superintendent of police (rural) Anand Kumar took up the case to monitor it.
As per the Police, the woman was forcefully dragged out of the river by a man named Shivpujan Mahto, a driver and then he raped the 45-year-old woman along with his friends.
However, police have arrested all the accused including the man who recorded the crime.
