Two UK nationals have been killed while eight others have been injured after a Shimla-Kalka chartered train derailed only two kilometres away from Kalka station from where it had departed.
A Hindustan Times report quoted Inspector General of police SZH Zaidi as saying,"The passengers on the train chartered by noted historian and Shimla-based writer, Raja Bhasin, also had a group of 37 UK nationals on board."
The injured have been shifted to Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh, Punjab.
