Salman Khan Bail Plea Updates: Jodhpur Session Court grants bail to the actor in Blackbuck Poaching case; Bishnoi Community to move HC against the bail verdict

Salman Khan was convicted in 1998 Blackbuck poaching case by Jodhpur Trail Court. The Judge has reached his chamber after the lunch. Salman Khan has been granted bail by the Jodhpur Session court Judge. Salman Khan granted bail on surety of Rs 50,000 by the court. The bail plea was pronounced by Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi.

Salman Khan's lawyer while talking to reporters said 'we got justice'. Salman Khan likely to leave jail by 4.15 pm and will have to present in the court on 7th May. Salman Khan cannot leave the country without court's permission. Bishnoi community to move to Rajasthan High Court, against bail granted to Salman Khan, reports.

He will have to submit two bonds of Rs 25 thousand each, he cannot leave the nation without the court's permission and will have to appear here again in person on May 7: Mahipal Bishnoi, Lawyer of Bishnoi community. 

Salman Khan had to spend 2 day and night in the Jodhpur central jail after which he was granted bail by the court. Fans celebrating outside Jodhpur court after Salman Khan granted bail.

The court awared Salman Khan 5 years imprisonment along with Rs 10,000 penalty under Section 51 of the Act. Jodhpur Session court Judge Dev Kumar Khatri and Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who was expected to give the order on Salman Khan's bail plea have been transferred in a major reshuffle of Rajasthan's judicial officers ordered by the states High Court.

The other co-accused actors, Tabu, Saif Ali Khan, Neelam, Sonali Bendre were set free by the Jodhpur Session court.
