As the election season is around the corner, the Ram Mandir pitch is again back in the political corridor and RSS general secretary, Prakash Raj all are staking their bids for the Ayodhya.

Today, when RSS man Bhaiyyaji Joshi was asked about the Ram Mandir and its construction which is held in the Supreme Court, he replied in affirmative claiming that it might get completed by ‘2025 if the construction starts today.’

Joshi said, “It is our desire that the Ram mandir gets constructed by 2025. If it begins today construction will be completed in 5 years.”

Joshi adds that, “Mandir bane ye humari ichha hai. 2025 tak poora hona chahiye, ye humari ichha hai, sarkar ko tay karna hai. 25 ko shuru karne ki baat nahi ki hai, aaj shuru hoga to 5 varsho mein banega.”

Prakash Raj, who'll contest 2019 Lok Sabha elections from Bengaluru Central as an independent candidate has taken a jibe at the RSS and BJP, stating that “Politics of Ram Mandir is being played in AC rooms of Delhi and Lucknow.I challenge media to visit Ayodhya&see how people there are living on streets. Is this the Ram Rajya they want to bring?”

The Ram-Mandir issue is now being heard in Supreme Court and the bench has decided to meet on January 29.
