Rajasthan: Shocking! Two men filed RTI on development projects and received used condoms as a ‘reply’
A weird incident has come to light in Rajasthan where two men filed an RTI asking for the details of the development projects undertaken since 2001.
However, the reply what these two men received is quite shocking.
These two Rajasthani men got used condoms wrapped in an old newspaper as a reply to their RTI query.
Vikas Choudhary and Manohar Lal, residents of Chani Badi in Bhadra tehsil of Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan had filed two separate applications under the right to information act (RTI) with the gram panchayat on April 16 last year.

In the RTI, they wanted to know the details of the development projects undertaken since 2001. Shockingly, they received used condoms sent by the gram panchayat on the directions of State Information Commission, Hindustan Times reported.
