Pradhan launches grievance redress platform MoPNG e-Seva

Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas Dharmendra Pradhan today launched MoPNG e-Seva, which is a grievance redressal platform for the customers regarding to petroleum and gas sector.
A team of nodal officers from the Oil Companies and Allied Services is said to have been formed to address issues on real-time basis 24/7.
For quick intervention and resolution of complaints, the consumers can send their feedback or query with compulsory information either on any of the following Twitter handle, Facebook page of MoPNG e-Seva.
