Lok Sabha Election 2019: After cracks in the NDA, Ram Madhav comes up with a plan B for BJP

After a major setback in the recently held assembly election, the BJP is coming up with a plan B and has activated national general secretary Ram Madhav to stitch the alliances.

As after losing the Hindi heartland, the allies of the BJP have started to spring their wings and raise their dissent after being mute for almost 5 years. In UP, the Apna Dal and the SBSP have demanded more seats and have alarmed the BJP for its possible losses in the upcoming polls.

“Alliance politics is all about accommodation and adjustment and for that, the BJP is ready,” Ram Madhav said. “It is true that certain smaller allies like Kushwaha have decided to leave us, but we are working on bringing new allies into our fold, especially in south India and the eastern India.”

Apna Dal (S)’s Ashish Patel recently told The Indian Express said, “The party today resolved that party patron Anupriya ji and me (as party national president) will not attend the state government’s events until the BJP central leadership intervenes to find a final solution to the existing problems.”
