Kolkata: Major fire broke out in New Town area; no casualties reported

A major fire broke out in Kolkata’s New Town area on 6th February. However, no reports of casualties have been reported yet.
As per the reports of news agency ANI, the fire broke out in shanties near Sukhobrishti in New Town area of Kolkata.
Six fire tenders have been deployed to douse the fire.

However, Shukhobrishti in New Town, Kolkata is the largest mass housing project in the country which provides home facilities at affordable price.
