Job Crisis in India: Over 4,600 engineers, MBA’s applied for 14 sweepers and sanitary workers job in Tamil Nadu Assembly

The National Statistical Commission’s reports over jobs ha showcased the unemployment rate has been at 4 decades high. Well, this can be easily witnessed in Tamil Nadu, where people with professional qualifications like B. Tech, M. Tech or MBAs are applying for the post of sweepers.


According to reports, over 4,600 engineers to MBA’s and graduates have applied for the sweepers and sanitary workers jobs in Tamil Nadu Assembly Secretariat.

Reportedly, Several Diploma holders to are in the race for the posts of sweeper (10 vacancies) and sanitary worker (4 vacancies). On September 26, the Assembly Secretariat sought applications for the posts.
