The JNU sedition case is back in news as today, the Delhi government led by Aam Aadmi Party submitted before the Court saying that the Delhi Police filed the charge sheet in a “hasty and secretive manner” and that it will take a month to decide whether it could grant permission to prosecute ex-JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar.

The AAP government has submitted its response to the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Deepak Sherawat.
